TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through JRC's website.

By placing an order, you represent that:

• •The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• •You are legally eligible to purchase, receive, possess, install, and use the ordered products.
• •Your purchase and intended use comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• •You are not purchasing a regulated product for a person prohibited from receiving or possessing it.
• •You will not use a JRC product for an unlawful purpose.

Some products may be subject to additional age, eligibility, FFL-transfer, or jurisdictional requirements. JRC may request additional information, place an order on hold, refuse an order, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary for legal or compliance purposes.

JRC makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, compatibility information, pricing, and availability. Minor differences in color, finish, texture, machining marks, or appearance may occur because of manufacturing processes, materials, lighting, and display settings.

Product availability is not guaranteed. Placing an item in a cart does not reserve it.

JRC may correct errors, update product information, limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel an order affected by a material pricing, inventory, compatibility, or description error. If JRC cancels a paid order, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for confirming product compatibility before installation or use.

Firearm parts and accessories must be installed, inspected, maintained, and used properly. When appropriate, installation should be performed or inspected by a qualified gunsmith.

Stop using a product and contact JRC if it appears damaged, defective, incorrectly fitted, improperly functioning, or unsafe.

JRC is not responsible for damage caused by:

• •Improper installation or fitting
• •Installation on an incompatible firearm or component
• •Unauthorized alteration or modification
• •Misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or corrosion
• •Failure to inspect or maintain the product
• •Failure to follow applicable JRC instructions or warnings
• •Use of damaged, altered, or incompatible components

Nothing in this section eliminates a remedy available for a confirmed manufacturing or workmanship defect.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation does not necessarily mean JRC has accepted the order.

JRC may review an order for:

• •Product availability
• •Payment authorization
• •Pricing or description errors
• •Shipping restrictions
• •Fraud or security concerns
• •FFL requirements
• •Legal eligibility
• •Other information reasonably necessary to complete the transaction

JRC may accept, hold, decline, or cancel an order when appropriate. If JRC cancels an order after collecting payment, JRC will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

Payment is processed through TacticalPay and Authorize.net. Complete payment-card information is entered into the payment provider's hosted system. JRC does not receive or store complete card numbers or card-security codes.

Customers authorize JRC and its payment providers to charge the displayed order total, including merchandise, shipping, and applicable tax.

Discount codes:

• •Must be used according to their stated conditions
• •May be limited to one use
• •May not be combined unless expressly permitted
• •Have no cash value
• •May be modified or discontinued prospectively

Free standard shipping is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts. A discount that reduces the qualifying subtotal below the published threshold may cause standard shipping charges to apply.

Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are shown before payment.

Shipping is governed by the JRC Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Most in-stock orders are estimated to arrive within 3–5 business days after the order is placed. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

JRC primarily ships through UPS. APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses are accepted through USPS Priority Mail. Military, remote, Alaska, Hawaii, and territorial shipments may require additional time or charges.

Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate shipping address.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If tracking does not show successful delivery or a package is otherwise believed lost, contact JRC promptly.

The customer must:

• •Confirm the shipping address
• •Cooperate with JRC and the carrier
• •Provide information reasonably needed for the carrier investigation
• •Avoid submitting duplicate or conflicting claims

JRC will assist with the carrier claim and replace an order confirmed lost or not delivered.

JRC is not responsible for loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, an unauthorized forwarding request, or circumstances caused by the customer. JRC will nevertheless provide reasonable assistance when possible.

Visible shipping damage must be photographed and reported according to the Shipping and Returns Policies.

Products legally requiring an FFL transfer will be shipped only according to applicable law and the JRC FFL Information Policy.

Complete custom muzzleloaders built by JRC require shipment to an eligible receiving FFL.

Before ordering an FFL-required product, the customer must confirm that the selected dealer:

• •Will accept the shipment
• •Will perform the transfer
• •Accepts the specific product type
• •Has explained its fees and requirements

The receiving dealer establishes and collects its own transfer, storage, background-check, and related fees.

JRC must receive and verify the receiving dealer's license before shipment. Custom-build completion time is separate from the processing period following receipt of the FFL.

If an FFL is not supplied, a dealer refuses the shipment, or the transfer cannot legally be completed, the order may be held, returned, or canceled according to the FFL Information and Returns Policies. Actual nonrecoverable expenses may be deducted where permitted. JRC does not charge a restocking fee.

Never return a firearm or serialized product without JRC's written authorization and instructions.

Suppressor and NFA-specific terms do not apply unless JRC confirms that the applicable product and transfer service are legally available.

A custom-build inquiry does not create an order, guarantee acceptance, or obligate either party until JRC approves the project and provides the applicable build documents.

Deposit and Payment

A 50% deposit is required before JRC orders parts or begins work.

The deposit is refundable until:

• •Parts are ordered for the build; or
• •Work begins on the build

After either event occurs, the deposit becomes nonrefundable.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before the completed build is shipped. If JRC cancels the build, JRC will refund all amounts paid for the canceled work.

Specifications and Changes

The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the build specifications.

Changes requested after parts are ordered or work begins may:

• •Require additional charges
• •Extend the completion time
• •Require a revised estimate
• •Be unavailable because of completed work or ordered components

JRC must approve changes in writing.

Custom-build completion dates are estimates. Delays may result from parts availability, machining, finishing, testing, suppliers, carriers, regulatory requirements, or circumstances outside JRC's reasonable control.

Every custom-muzzleloader customer must sign JRC's separate Custom Muzzleloader Assumption of Risk and Limited Liability Agreement before JRC begins work.

Before shipment, the customer must also sign or acknowledge the final build-specific:

• •Configuration
• •Loading and operating instructions
• •Loading-data edition or version
• •Warnings and maintenance requirements

JRC may withhold work or shipment until all required documents are completed and payment is received.

The separate signed agreement and build-specific instructions supplement these Terms. If there is a conflict concerning the custom build, the more specific signed build document controls to the extent permitted by law.

Custom muzzleloaders involve inherently dangerous activities. Improper loading, component substitution, excessive charges, obstruction, inadequate maintenance, unauthorized alteration, or failure to follow instructions may cause firearm failure, property damage, serious bodily injury, or death.

Customers must:

• •Follow the current written JRC loading and operating instructions applicable to their specific build
• •Use only compatible components and approved combinations
• •Never exceed a published charge
• •Never substitute propellant, projectile, primer, sabot, or another component unless JRC has approved the substitution in writing
• •Inspect the firearm before use
• •Stop immediately if any unsafe, unusual, or inconsistent condition occurs
• •Keep loading records when requested as a condition of evaluating a claim

JRC does not control a customer's loading, storage, maintenance, modification, or use after delivery.

JRC-made products are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against confirmed defects in materials or workmanship. For a covered defect, JRC will, at its option, repair or replace the affected JRC product. Repair or replacement is the exclusive warranty remedy to the extent permitted by law.

The warranty does not cover normal wear or damage caused by:

• •Customer-caused scratches, dents, finish blemishes, or cosmetic damage
• •Improper installation, fitting, maintenance, or storage
• •Misuse, abuse, neglect, corrosion, accident, or unauthorized alteration
• •Incompatible firearms, components, or accessories
• •Ordinary finish wear
• •Ammunition or loading practices outside applicable JRC instructions
• •Exceeding or deviating from JRC's applicable loading data
• •Unauthorized component, propellant, projectile, primer, or charge substitutions

For custom muzzleloaders, the warranty does not cover any damage, failure, malfunction, or condition caused by or resulting from a deviation from the current written loading and operating instructions applicable to the build.

JRC may require inspection, proof of purchase, the applicable loading records, photographs, and other information reasonably necessary to evaluate a warranty claim.

A deviation from JRC instructions does not eliminate coverage for an unrelated manufacturing defect when such coverage is required by applicable law.

Customers must obtain written return authorization before shipping a product to JRC. JRC will provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping for a confirmed covered defect.

Third-party products are governed by their manufacturers' warranties unless JRC expressly provides a separate written warranty.

A separate Limited Lifetime Warranty document will provide complete coverage and claim details and is incorporated into these Terms.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and ordinary order cancellations are governed by the JRC Returns & Refunds Policy.

Eligible unused products may generally be returned within 30 days of confirmed delivery with prior authorization.

JRC does not process direct exchanges. Customers may return an eligible product for a refund and place a new order.

Custom builds and made-to-order products are not returnable for preference changes, buyer's remorse, or customer-requested specification changes after completion. JRC will review verified JRC errors and confirmed defects in materials or workmanship.

JRC may sell products manufactured by third parties or link to third-party websites and services.

Third-party products may be subject to separate warranties, instructions, restrictions, and terms. JRC is not responsible for third-party websites or services that it does not control.

Customers are responsible for:

• •Protecting account credentials
• •Providing accurate information
• •Restricting unauthorized account access
• •Notifying JRC of suspected misuse

JRC may suspend or terminate account access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, JRC, the website, or legal compliance.

The website's text, graphics, logos, photographs, product descriptions, designs, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to JRC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or commercially used without permission, except for ordinary personal use of the website.

Product purchase does not transfer ownership of JRC's designs, trademarks, technical materials, or other intellectual property.

JRC makes reasonable efforts to maintain the website, but does not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

The website is provided on an "as available" basis. Nothing on the website replaces professional gunsmithing, legal, safety, or regulatory advice.

Product warranties are governed by the express written warranty and rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JRC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the website, an order, or a product.

For claims concerning an ordinary product purchase, JRC's aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where a different remedy is required by applicable law.

These limitations do not exclude or restrict liability that cannot legally be waived, including liability arising from gross negligence, willful or wanton misconduct, or another legally nonwaivable obligation.

Custom-build risks, releases, and limitations are also governed by the separately signed Custom Muzzleloader Assumption of Risk and Limited Liability Agreement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty or damages limitations. In those jurisdictions, the limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Before initiating arbitration, either party must provide written notice describing the party's name and contact information, the applicable order or transaction, the facts underlying the dispute, and the requested resolution.

Notices to JRC must be sent to [email protected] with the subject line "Notice of Dispute."

The parties will have 30 days after receipt of a complete notice to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. The applicable filing deadline will be suspended during this 30-day period to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by Georgia law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal or another applicable law controls.

Any court matter not subject to arbitration must be brought in an appropriate state or federal court serving Jackson County, Georgia, unless applicable law requires another venue. Each party consents to the jurisdiction of those courts for nonarbitrable matters.

Customers consent to receive order, payment, shipping, account, policy, safety, warranty, and legally required communications electronically.

Customers are responsible for maintaining an accurate email address.

Marketing communications remain optional and may be unsubscribed from separately.

JRC may update these Terms prospectively. The effective date will be displayed at the top of the page. The Terms version accepted at checkout will be recorded with the order.

Material changes will not retroactively alter a completed transaction except where required by law or agreed by the parties.

JRC is not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, fire, labor disruption, supplier failure, material shortages, government action, regulatory delay, internet or utility failure, or similar events.

This section does not excuse obligations that applicable law does not permit JRC to avoid.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain effective.

Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

Customers may not assign their rights or obligations under these Terms without JRC's written consent. JRC may assign these Terms as part of a lawful merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, or sale of business assets.

These Terms and the policies expressly incorporated into them constitute the agreement concerning website use and applicable purchases.

A more specific signed custom-build agreement controls over these general Terms for the applicable build to the extent legally permitted.
