Shipping Policy
Most in-stock orders are estimated to arrive within 3–5 business days after the order is placed. Pre-order and back-ordered items will ship when inventory becomes available. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Customers will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing tracking information as soon as the order ships.
Pre-order, back-ordered, custom, and made-to-order products are not covered by the standard 3–5-business-day delivery estimate. Any applicable lead time will be displayed on the product page or communicated directly to the customer.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Standard Shipping
UPS Ground — estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after the order has been processed and shipped. Orders placed on weekends or after business hours will begin processing the next business day.
Free on orders $99+ after discounts
$14.99 when discounted subtotal is under $99
Free standard shipping is available when the merchandise subtotal is $99 or more after discounts. Orders with a discounted merchandise subtotal below $99 are charged the applicable standard shipping rate.
Delivery estimates may be affected by weekends, holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, remote destinations, and circumstances outside JRC Guns' control.
FFL Transfer Information
Products that legally require an FFL transfer must be shipped to a valid federally licensed firearms dealer. These products will be identified on the applicable product page or during the ordering process.
Customers are responsible for selecting a receiving FFL and for any transfer fees charged by that dealer. JRC Guns will coordinate with the receiving dealer when FFL documentation is required.
Non-serialized parts and accessories that do not require an FFL transfer may be shipped directly to the customer's eligible delivery address.

Packaging & Tracking
Orders are packaged securely in plain shipping boxes. Branding and product descriptions are not displayed prominently on the outside of the package.
Tracking information is emailed automatically when an order ships. Customers may also visit jrcguns.com/track-order to check the status of an order.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact [email protected] immediately if an address needs to be corrected. JRC Guns cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.
If a package arrives damaged, photograph the package and its contents before discarding any packaging. Contact [email protected] within 48 hours so JRC can assist with the carrier claim.
Domestic & Military Shipping
JRC Guns currently ships within the United States and does not ship internationally.
APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses are accepted through USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times to military addresses may vary and are not covered by the standard delivery estimate.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and remote destinations may require additional delivery time or shipping charges. Any applicable charge will be shown at checkout or communicated before the order is finalized.
Product & Destination Restrictions
Some products may be restricted in certain states or local jurisdictions. Orders are reviewed for applicable shipping restrictions, and JRC Guns reserves the right to decline or cancel an order that cannot legally be shipped to its destination.
Customers are responsible for understanding the laws applicable to their possession and use of a product.
If a product cannot be shipped legally, JRC will contact the customer and cancel or refund the affected item as appropriate.
